Payment Options
Our focus has always been to provide the highest quality of dental care, treatment and service for our valued patients. Our mission is to deliver the finest treatment possible, performed to your satisfaction.
Our office is a participating provider with Dental Dental Premier Plans, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Concordia. Patients who are covered by these plans are obligated to pay any deductibles and estimated co-pays on the day of service.
For all patients with insurance coverage other than those listed above, we will gladly process and file insurance claims for you, but all payments will be sent directly to you rather than to the office. Payment in full is due on the day of service.
For those patients without dental insurance: Payment in full is due on the day of service. Please note that we have no in-house financing or billing.

Monthly payments: Approval for monthly payments only takes a few minutes and we will be glad to process your application immediately. There is no cost to apply and payments can be as low as 3% of the outstanding balance. CareCredit and Springstone Patient Financing help patients by making treatment more affordable with small monthly payments.
CareCredit and Springstone Patient Financing are payment options we have purchased for our patient's convenience, therefore a processing fee of 10% will be added to your fee. Both companies offer 12 month interest free plans and low monthly payment for extended payment plans. Sign-up for either plan is easy and quick and can be done by phone or on the internet. |
